Wow! This is so fascinating! We have come such a long way in medical advancements that we are now able to salvage something so old and gain such factual and meaningful knowledge from it! I also believe it is interesting how we can trace present day horses to these, and compare similar traits even though it has been many generations later that the traits may have lost their potency.
